How many times can I visit with a WOW Passport?
WOW Passport gives you unlimited visits to both Worlds of Wonder parks for the full validity period (365 days from purchase). There is no cap on the number of visits.
Is the passport digital only or does it include a physical card?
Your WOW Passport is digital-first — a beautifully designed digital card with your photo, name, and unique QR code. You can save it to your phone or print it. An optional premium physical card can be requested at the park counter.
Can I add family members after purchasing the Together or Legacy plan?
Family members must be enrolled at the time of purchase for Together (up to 4) and Legacy (up to 6) plans. Adding members post-purchase requires contacting our support team and may involve an additional fee.
What documents are required for KYC?
For Explore (Basic KYC): a recent photo/selfie. For Together (Full KYC): photo, government ID, and address proof. For Legacy (Enhanced KYC): photo, government ID, address proof, and a selfie-with-ID. All documents are processed under India's DPDP Act 2023.
What happens if my KYC is rejected?
Our KYC team will raise a query explaining what's needed. You can re-submit up to 3 times. If rejected permanently, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Can I renew my passport before it expires?
Yes! You can renew up to 30 days before expiry (60 days for Legacy). Early renewal adds a bonus validity period on top of your new year. Renewal rates are discounted.
Are F&B vouchers valid on all food outlets?
Yes, the F&B discount applies to all food and beverage outlets within Worlds of Wonder. Some exclusions may apply during special events or on combo/meal deals already at discounted rates.
